"Riding Into The Sky”

Half -Seat,
I use my knees
gripping them on the leather saddle
Tightly- holding on for life.
My spurs-

Digging deeply
Into his muscular equine frame
Making him move faster.
He soars over the stark white jump
Making me feel like a bird
Flying in the sky.
I land peacefully
Feeling accomplished.
